W e all have the same 24 hours so why not give yourself the opportunity to see something more, to open yourself up to the good that is there for you instead of locking your sight in in one direction

Do this every day and in one month you have 1500 things you are grateful for in 10 months 15000 things you are grateful for.Break down each thing you are grateful into more details and you increase exponentially what you are grateful.
