13 steps for improving your self-esteem
1. Find at least five reasons to be grateful for you-G-d is
2. Change to Positive Self Talk.
3.Don't Compare yourself to others.Learn from others don't become others
4.Know that only G-d is perfect and your best at only one point in time is what you need to strive for("Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence." --Vince Lombardi)
5.Don’t beat yourself up when you make a mistake , we all make mistakes G-d is not looking for a substitute learn from your mistakes
6.Focus on the things you can change at any one time
7.Do positive things that you enjoy, daily, schedule them in.
8.Make , a big of and celebrate the small stuff, the simple things in life.
9. Celebrate even the smallest win, progress, achievement every day, they add up.
10.Write a list of your strengths if for some reason you cannot ..look for 10 strengths that you would love to have that you see in others.The good news is if you see them in others that means you have them in you no matter how dormant they have or if you have not yet recognized them
11.Always focus on what you can do and look for what can be done in any situation-" Can" ditioning
12.Don't embrace, entertain of engage that the negative debilitating destructive thoughts let them play out like an old movie each time they attack.Thoughts are illusions given life by the attention we give them
13. Allow into your heart that nothing and no one can change or harm your self worth as they never gave it to you , G-d did, so don't act otherwise.
