The Gratitude Mentor

Allowing Gratitude To Capture What We Would Normally Dismiss #1
If I just sit on the couch for moment or a few minutes and then get up , nothing really changes, I continue on automatic, feel bored , indifferent , just think of something else etc
However once I inject this seemingly routine mundane action and moment with fully present active gratitude everything changes almost immediately
Wow I am so thankful that:
I have a couch to sit on when I need it
I have a home where I can have this couch
How many around the world dream of the comfort a simple couch?
I can sit on this couch undisturbed for these few moments
I can disconnect for a few minutes and relax
I can sit without pain and discomfort
I am able to get up from the couch
This injection of gratitude into the seemingly mundane gave life to moments that would have been dismissed, Releasing a cascade of positive neurotransmitters and hormones positively boosting my state of mind which in turn empowers me to face interactions that follow more positively , productively and effectively thus boosting my quality of life and minimizing greatly needless discord
Inject gratitude throughout the day into the smallest, the simplest , and the most mundane and you transform your life, state of mind , relationships revealing the magnificent in the seemingly mundane.
